Bookly Customer Groups (Add-on)

Important: This plugin is an add-on that requires the Bookly PRO plugin. View Bookly PRO Pricing Plans.

The Bookly Customer Groups (Add-on) allows you to easily create and manage customer groups in Bookly, giving you the ability to set specific rules for each group. By categorizing your clients, you can control how their bookings are processed, set customized pricing for their appointments, and determine which services are visible to them in the Bookly booking form. Additionally, you can apply unique limitations or offer exclusive promotions to specific customer groups, making it easier to manage your clients and provide personalized service.

Features

• Create as many groups as needed
• Share similar settings between several customers
• Set the service visibility based on a customer group
• Set up available payment methods or disable the payment step for a customer group
• Offer promotions to particular clients
• Select default appointment status for a customer group
• Configure general settings for customers without group

In the same way as all Bookly add-ons, the customer groups feature seamlessly integrates with the Bookly PRO Appointment Booking and Scheduling Software System – the setup takes only a few minutes.
