Gathering feedback from customers is crucial for businesses to understand areas where they can improve their services. With the Bookly Ratings (Add-on), you can request feedback from clients after each appointment. By encouraging customers to rate the service they received, you can continuously strive to maintain high professional standards and meet their expectations.

Features

• Let clients rate the service after their visit
• Let clients leave comments to evaluate the quality of the service
• Show staff member’s rating in a Bookly booking form
• View an average rating for every employee and their service in the Bookly admin panel
• View the comment that clients leave in the Appointments section of Bookly

In the same way as all Bookly add-ons, the staff ratings feature seamlessly integrates with the Bookly PRO Appointment Booking and Scheduling Software System – the setup takes only a few minutes.
