Give residents and tenants a single mobile app to manage their tenancy: view summaries and activity, browse properties, open agreements, pay and track transactions, raise maintenance requests, read notices, contact support, and leave reviews. Built with Flutter for Android & iOS, using Provider for state and Dio for a configurable REST API (Bearer token auth, interceptors, session handling).

• Authentication & security — Sign-in flow with OTP support, password recovery / set new password, change password, and token-based API access.
• Dashboard — At-a-glance totals, purchase/transaction history, and quick paths into key areas; notifications inbox.
• Bottom navigation — Fast access to Home, Payments, Maintenance requests, and Profile.
• Side drawer — Agreements, property list, notice board, reviews & feedback, support tickets, and logout.
