Enable Appointments With Respect to Date & Time

Create appointment-based products and define their availability by date and time. You can configure padding time between appointments, set a cancellation window, define how far in advance a booking can be made, and enable multiple slot selection or multiple appointments per customer.

Separate Section to View All the Appointments

All appointments are listed in a dedicated section in the admin panel. You can review each booking and update the order status directly from this section without going through individual orders.

Add Staff Members & Assign Products or Services

Add staff members with their complete details and assign specific products or services to each one. Customers can select a staff member or specialist when booking to ensure they are matched with the right person for the service they need.

Configure Time Schedule of Staff Members

Set individual schedules for each staff member covering working days, working hours, break times, and off days. You can also assign a separate fee per slot or session for each staff member to accommodate different service rates.

Admin & Staff can See All Appointments on Calendar

The admin can view all appointments on the calendar and approve or cancel bookings directly from there. Staff members can also log in to their accounts and view their own upcoming appointments on the calendar.

Offer Extra Services – Free or Paid

You can create additional services alongside the main bookable product. These services can be set as mandatory and free or optional and paid, giving customers the ability to add relevant extras when booking.

Auto Send Email Notifications to Customers

Waiting List for Booked Time Slots

If a time slot is already taken, customers can add themselves to a waiting list. If an existing booking is cancelled, you can approve the waiting customer and assign them the available slot.
