Core Modules

Course Catalogue & Curriculum

Organise your catalogue by category, sub-category, skill level and tag, and let students find courses through search, filters, sorting, category pages and hand-picked Featured, New Arrivals and Popular sections on the home page. Each course is built through a tabbed form — basic info, price, media, curriculum, requirements, FAQ, quiz and SEO. Curriculum is a two-level structure: lessons group the material, lectures hold the video, and both can be dragged into any order. Mark a lecture Free and anyone can watch it from the course page before buying — the strongest selling tool you have. Courses stay invisible as drafts until you publish them.

Wishlist, Cart & Checkout

Visitors can save courses and fill a cart without an account — both are held against the browser and claimed by the account the moment they sign in, including when they create that account partway through checkout. A course can only sit in the cart once, courses already owned drop out automatically so nobody pays twice, and the checkout walks through account, payment method and order summary in one page. Free courses skip payment entirely with an Enroll button.

Payments & Invoices

Take payment through PayPal, Stripe, Moyasar or SSLCommerz. Each gateway is enabled and configured independently with its own credentials and its own sandbox/live mode, and only gateways that can actually charge your store currency are offered at checkout. Payment is confirmed by calling the provider’s validation API directly, courses unlock the instant a payment succeeds, and a PDF invoice is generated and attached to the confirmation email — then kept permanently under My Orders so a lost email is never a problem.

Quizzes & Certificates

End any course with a quiz: set a pass mark, an optional time limit, and questions with two to six answer options each. Attempts are marked the instant they are submitted, with a result page showing every question against the correct answer, and students may retake as many times as they like. Passing issues a certificate automatically — no approval, no queue — carrying a unique serial number, the student’s name, the course title, the score and the date.

Certificate Designer

Design the certificate your students receive from a single screen with a live preview beside the form. Choose orientation and paper size, a border style, five colours, separate fonts for the recipient’s name and the body text, and write every line of wording yourself — eyebrow, title, intro, body, wish text and signature. Upload a logo, a signature image and a watermark with its own opacity and size controls.

Student Panel

Students get their own panel: a dashboard with enrolment, order, wishlist and spending counters, Continue Learning shortcuts, My Courses, My Orders with full invoices, My Certificates, Wishlist, and account settings for profile, email and password. The course player shows the video with the curriculum beside it, and enrolled courses stay available for as long as the account exists — including courses you later stop selling.

Reviews & Discussion

Buyers can leave a rating and written review that feeds the average shown on every course card, and every course page carries a discussion thread for questions and answers — social proof and pre-sale support in the same place.

Discount Coupons

Create percentage or fixed-amount coupons with a start date, an end date, a maximum number of uses and an active status. Usage is counted for you, and the coupon list shows each code’s state at a glance — running, scheduled, expired, exhausted or inactive.

Revenue Reporting

A full sales report covering net revenue, order count, courses sold, average order value and discounts given, with a twelve-month revenue chart, breakdowns by payment method and best-selling course, and a searchable order list filterable by date range. Export the current filter to CSV for your accountant. The admin dashboard adds today, this month, this year and lifetime revenue cards, each compared against the period before it.

Articles & Events

A built-in blog and an events page, both managed exactly like courses. Articles take a title, content, banner image, optional source attribution and SEO fields; events take a location, date and time, thumbnail and SEO fields, and list upcoming dates first. Both support draft and published states.

Contact Messages

Every submission is both stored in the admin panel and emailed to your team, so an enquiry is never lost to a misconfigured mail server. The sidebar carries an unread badge, messages can be searched and filtered by read state, and replies open in your own mail client with the visitor already set as the reply-to address. Rate limiting keeps automated abuse out without a person ever noticing.

SEO Control

Meta title, description and keywords, Open Graph share cards, robots directives, canonical URLs and Schema.org JSON-LD — set for every standing page and again for every individual course, article and event. Live previews show how a page will look in search results and when its link is shared, and every field falls back sensibly when you leave it empty.

Email Templates

Reword the emails the site sends on its own — email verification, password reset and purchase confirmation — from a rich-text editor, and switch any of them off. A placeholder panel sits beside the editor with one-click copy for the real values each email can fill in: student name, verification and reset links, invoice number, purchase date, payment method, total and course list.

Page Content & Settings

Site name, logo, favicon, currency symbol, date format and timezone; the home page banner; About Us, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return Policy; the contact page wording and its recipient address; social profile links; FAQs; and the footer blurb — every word of it edited from the admin panel, with nothing hard-coded into a template.

Administrators & Permissions

The Super Admin has access to everything and creates further administrator accounts, choosing area by area what each one may reach. General administrators see only the entries they were granted, and only the courses, articles, events and coupons they created themselves — so two administrators can work side by side without editing each other’s catalogue. Each gets a dashboard built around their own work rather than a stripped-down copy of the site-wide one.

• Refunds are issued from your payment gateway rather than from inside the panel.
• Certificates are printed from the browser — choose Save as PDF for a file copy.
