Connect WooCommerce to Lightspeed X-Series

Enter your Lightspeed X-Series Client ID and Client Secret, add the generated Callback URL as the Redirect URI in your Lightspeed app settings, and click Connect. Once connected, select the shop outlet for stock reading and pushing. Enable sync activity logs to track all sync events across products, orders, and customers.

Real-Time Sync via Webhooks

Register OAuth webhooks from the Webhooks tab to receive instant updates from Lightspeed as changes happen. The plugin generates a ready-to-use Webhook URL and registers all four signed webhook types in one click. If webhooks are not registered, the scheduled sync runs automatically as a fallback.

Two-Way Product and Inventory Sync

Export WooCommerce products to Lightspeed or import Lightspeed products into WooCommerce manually from the Products and Inventory tab. When push on save is enabled, product edits in WooCommerce are automatically pushed to Lightspeed for all linked products. On import, you can control data overwrite behavior, enable image downloads, match products by SKU, manage category creation, and configure whether linked products are updated or left unchanged on each sync.

Two-Way Customer Sync

Export customers to Lightspeed or import them from Lightspeed manually at any time. When push on save is enabled, customer accounts created or updated in WooCommerce sync to Lightspeed automatically. For imports, you can enable scheduled syncs, control whether new accounts are created for Lightspeed customers, and match incoming customers to existing WooCommerce accounts by email or phone.

Order and Sales Sync

WooCommerce orders are pushed to Lightspeed as sales based on the order statuses you configure. Enable customer linking to automatically find or create a Lightspeed customer from the order billing email and attach them to the sale, keeping your Lightspeed sales history accurate.

Configurable Sync Schedule

Set independent sync intervals for products, inventory, and customers from the Sync Schedule tab. Both default to every 10 minutes and run continuously in the background whether or not webhooks are registered.
